2. Scope of Services
 

JC Bar Company provides private bartender services, mobile bar services for private and corporate events, consulting for hospitality businesses, beverage program creation, staff training, sourcing, and mixology workshops.
 

3. Booking & Payment
 

  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm any booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event or service.

  • Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, Credit Card, or other methods as agreed.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or cancellation of service.
     

4. Cancellation Policy
 

  • More than 15 days before the event: Full refund of deposit.

  • 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% of the deposit is refundable.

  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

  • In the event of force majeure (e.g., hurricane, natural disaster), JC Bar Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service with no liability.
     

5. Client Responsibilities
 

  • The client agrees to provide a safe and appropriate environment for the service.

  • For private events, any permits or licenses (if required) must be obtained by the client.

  • The client is responsible for any damage caused to JC Bar Company equipment during the service.
     

6. Liability
 

  • JC Bar Company is fully insured for professional liability.

  • We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by excessive alcohol consumption or misuse of services.

  • JC Bar Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or acts inappropriately.
     

7. Consulting & Training Deliverables
 

  • Consulting contracts include a defined scope of work, timeline, and deliverables.

  • Intellectual property such as cocktail recipes or training materials remains the property of JC Bar Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

8. Intellectual Property
 

All content on this website (images, text, logo, cocktail names, etc.) is the intellectual property of JC Bar Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
 

9. Privacy & Data Protection
 

JC Bar Company respects your privacy. Personal data collected through the website or service inquiries will only be used for internal purposes and will never be shared with third parties without your consent. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
 

10. Governing Law
 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saint-Martin (French jurisdiction). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint-Martin.
